At Cage Time Athletics Acworth, we believe greatness isn’t given — it’s earned, one cage session at a time. Just two miles from LakePoint Sports off Cobb Parkway, our 11,450 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility is where athletes of all levels train harder, smarter, and with purpose.
WHY WE GOT STARTED
Cage Time was built from a passion to change how athletes train—not just physically, but mentally. We saw a need for a space that combined elite-level resources with a fun, encouraging, and challenging environment. A space where effort, attitude, and toughness are celebrated just as much as stats and speed. Our goal? To inspire athletes to get 1% better every day—in the cage and beyond.

Our facility is designed for serious work—and serious fun. With 5 full-length cages, 2 short cages, 7,600 sq. ft. of open turf, and 9000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, there’s no shortage of room to level up. We’re also home to:
